Oneness Blessings

Oneness Blessing is a transmission of divine energy and grace. It plants the seed for the flowering of the heart and oneness consciousness.
It will bring about the direct experience that there is no separation, that we are all part of one whole.

It is bliss, love and freedom to experience yourself as one with all of existence.

Trager Introductory Workshop

“What could be lighter?  … freer?  … and lighter still than this?”

Trager is a playful way of re-discovering our natural state of relaxation, effortlessness and freedom.
In this workshop we use touch and movement to explore what it feels like when our body and mind feel at ease, become softer and lighter, relaxing deeply even while moving.  It is an incredible tool for everyday life.
Trager helps to dissolve habits and patterns that cause tensions, pain or restrictions.  It offers us new positive feeling experiences, new options of living and moving with ease, joy and freedom.

Healing Relationships through Tantra
Tantra Weekend for Couples to enliven and deepen your relationship

To discover Tantra is the most enlivening event that can happen for a couple, restoring and healing their relationship. Tantra in its essence is a circle of life energy flowing between two people. When you first touched your partner, you probably felt that ripple of electricity flowing between you. It is powerful energy that is always changing.  The teachings of Tantra enable us to bring that energy into a balanced flow which regenerates us and our love.
In the group we will work with meditations and playful exercises but most of all with creating a space to open deeper to each other.  You will need to keep the evenings free - the love-making will be in your home (or wherever you make a beautiful space for yourselves).
Subhi and Sudeva have been bringing tantra to their own relating for many years and now they feel ready to share from their experience.  They have a lively and lighthearted approach that will enable you to relax and enjoy.
